A brilliant straw yellow in colour, this wine is characterised by an intense and delicate sent, with pleasing apricot and grapefruit notes, with vanilla and mineral nuances. Its warm and full-bodied, persistent and savoury taste reveals traces of flint and sweet vanilla.

It pairs well with rich and savoury hors d’oeuvres, sushi, fish soups, grilled meat.
